How to add your team
Inviting people to join your organization will give you more visibility and control over spending across your team. Only the Owner and Admin can invite (and remove) people.
Members of your team will be visible to everyone who has joined your org on the People page. The Owner and Admin can manage all members from the People page, as well.
Sending an invitation
When you invite someone who does not yet have an account, they will receive an email invitation to sign up as part of your organization. If they already have an account, they will receive an invite via email and in the app to join your org.
1. Go to the People page using the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
2. Select Invite people + on the right side of the screen.
3. Enter the email address of the person(s) you want to invite in the Email Addresses section. You can enter up to 100 email addresses at a time by separating each with a comma. Next, select their role—this will ensure new users can immediately take advantage of the tools they may need access to in the app. Click Confirm and Invite. An invitation will be sent via email.
Accepting an Invitation
When someone is invited to join an organization, they will receive an email with a link to view the invitation in app.
- If they are not already using the app, they will be directed to the sign up page, where they can sign up as part of your organization.
- If they already have an account, they will receive an invitation via as well as in the app. If they accept the invite, they will leave their current org.
The sender of the org invitation will receive a notification when the recipient accepts or declines the invitation.
Pending Invitations
Anyone you have invited will appear on the People page under the Invited to Organization tab until they accept or decline the invitation.
For pending invitations, you can send a reminder by selecting Reinvite, or cancel the invitation by selecting Cancel.
